Deadlift day...this week everything is about reps 7-12 to be e exact

Conventional stance

Knee level rack pulls (haven't done these in about 2 months)

Added doubled light bands (125-150#tension)

405x1(double over hand, snapped completely out my hands)

I like how you are able to get the rack pulls done after deads, even tho 365 must feel light to you.
