Backward sled drags...

Took time to help other teammates focus on form and loading. The Tuna hit 3 PRs after missing 335 five times! He went 340/345/350 on deads! Currently his total is 875, should be able to dial I'm already another 50-75lbs before meet in May. This kid is making huge strides at just 16yrs old.
Great work Gabe! Love me some sumos!!! Sounds as if your having more fun teaching than lifting , all great stuff big man!
