Note: back was jacked up AGAIN!!! Laying on the couch in a bad position, caused massive discomfort today. Rough day....argghhh...on a positive note the Tuna was back in the gym tonight with us. He nailed a 40# PR over his previous squat in comp of 280. Again, I'm so proud of this Lil guy!
