Indeed I do. Well, I should say I go a little deeper than my normal squats. I'm using these both for blood flow/recovery AND to practice technique, so I don't want to deviate too much. I also pause them sometimes as well.

Amazing. I just ate a boat load of MnM's and almonds. Delicious.

Thanks, Hunter. The deads looked a bit better than last time, but still not 100% happy with it.

I really worked hard on pulling my chest through and being patient. I did a lot more stretching/mobilizing/general warm up this time, but I'm still having trouble getting straight up and down. Anyone (cough Faz cough) have thoughts on what else I can do? My toes are almost touching the plates, and I have somewhere between 30-45 degree rotation, likely closer to 45.

Oops, sorry. My version of an "olympic" grip. I can get one from the front next time. My pinkies and thumbs are off, the middle three fingers are on.

EDIT: I'm working slowly to getting a full grip on there.
