Preface: I had more physical activity at work today than I'm used to. Coupled with it being extremely busy (aka not enough hydration), sweating my ass off (aka not enough hydration x 2) and being on the move the whole time, I knew today in the gym was going to suck. Andddd it did. A lot. Everything felt like shit and moved like shit. I got through it though, so that's a plus.

Squat
170kg x 3 x 2 sets
belt
195kg x 3 x 5 sets

Front squat
110kg x 2 x 6 sets

Was going to stop here, but winners don't quit, so:

Military Press
55kg x 3 x 6 sets
40kg x 10 x 5 sets
