Ah, thank you SO much. I don't know if my google skills suddenly diminished, but I could never find any good pec rehab videos. I will check this out after work.

Thanks, dude. I'm hoping the same. If it does, I'll just have to have a bigger squat and deadlift

Thanks, Jim. It's easy to say, considering I've always had a shitty bench. But I'd like to think I'd say it even if my bench went from great to bad (instead of shit to shittier) lol.

It felt good all day, but it's definitely still strained. I think I'm going to do what Donnie T suggests in the above video and switch to overhead work for a week or three. I don't have any compression bands, but maybe a couple knee wraps will work fine.

EDIT: Will also continue with the TENS unit. It doesn't hit the area as well as if it was a quad strain or something, but it might be helping a bit, so I'll keep doing it. I'll also keep ingesting 100,000 grams of fish oil each day as well.

According to the total tonnage school of thinking you just performed a total workload of...

...1.e+18.

How does that feel?

20kg x billion x billion = 20kg x( 1 x 10^9)^2 = 2 x 10^19. We'll assume the 60kg x 20 x 4 sets is pretty meaningless here lol

Feels great. I could probably bench at LEAST 80kg now...
