Not speed squats, I don't like that conjugate/dynamic work mentality. In fact, most of Westside is just rooted in Prilipen's chart. This just happened to be 75% instead of 80% for triples, so it looks extremely easy. Even when it does get to 80%, things should still look smooth.

Amazing. A lot of the time I think if I had access to olympic weighlifting I'd rather do it. A bit late to start now, but still. A lot of the time when I think a workout is craziness, I just think of Ivan Abadjiev and the Bulgarian method, and it no longer seems like it's impossible.
