This is the thing that I've noticed the most actually. I think I get hungry the same as before, but I get full after I eat about half as much as usual. I hope we're both better soon.

Felt a little weird pain in my groin area, stretched out a bit
200kg x 2 x 1 set
Pain even worse, uh oh. Starting to get scared it's a hernia, since I don't really know what they feel like, but it was in the right spot.
200kg x 1 x 1 set
Didn't do the second rep.
It was unfortunate, because all of these felt amazingly fast. Best feeling squats, other than the pain, that I've had in awhile. I think it was a tight vastus medialis pulling on everything, as I didn't roll out my medial chain in about a week.

Bench

EDIT: Being sick doesn't help the injury rate, either. I should have known better than to keep training, but the goal is so close. My eating, sleeping, and recovery work hasn't been perfect. I will return to that.

Thanks, dude. I'm going to see how the leg feels while deadlifting. I'll cut it early if I have to. I won't get much stronger in the next couple weeks, but I can certainly get injured lol.

Missed logging some sessions I think, I forget.

Today:

Squat
175kg x 3 x 2 sets (beltless)
200kg x 2 x 5 sets

No pain! I wrapped my upper hamstring/groin with a compression band (fairly lightly, ~25% tightness) on all sets, and that seemed to work nicely.

Bench
120kg x 2 x 3 sets

CG Bench
100kg x 10 x 3 sets
