Thanks, man. Finally found a style of training that has been working for me, so hopefully it lasts a little while before I have to completely change.

Onwards to a 600lb raw squat and a better bench than my grandmother.

Ha ha , yeah thats a big milestone for me. Gotta put some numbers in lbs so you guys over the water can understand me

God no. After nationals I think I'll work on hook grip, but double over hand is insane lol kudos to whoever can do double overhand without a hook grip.

A1) BPA's x mini band x 20 x 5 sets
A2) Straight bar pushdown x 10kg x 20 x 5 sets

B1) DB Chest Fly x 10lb x 20 x 3 sets
B2) DB Rear Delt Fly x 10lb x 15 x 3 sets

C1) Leg Extension x 20kg x 20 x 3 sets
C2 Leg Curl x "3 plates" x 15 x 3 sets

D1) Blast Strap Fall Out x 10 (lol I cant even really do a full one yet) x 2 sets
D2) Band Anti Twist x doubled mini x 15 sec x 2 sets
