I really like watching your fine form on all your lifts. Set 5 of squats at 430 lbs looked easy for you.

Thanks, guys. We'll see how the squats look once I get up to triples next week (I think). Same with bench. I'm hoping I'll be able to up my training max in a couple weeks.

Great extra workout Paradox! Barely do my regular workout and your doing extra...guess the world is balanced again
