Nothing wrong with lots of meets! I remember reading somewhere that the best way to increase numbers is to practice the lifts a ridiculous amount, and compete a ridiculous amount. Of course, most of the competitions (basically any that don't "matter" as much to you) should leave plenty in the tank.

And I hope we do!

At Peak Power, during my course, I saw a Oly Lifter doing front squats with no hands. I thought I was seeing things or hallucinating.

There were at least 7 lifters practicing at the time. Lots of noise to say the least.

Thanks, Hunter.

My lats were still fried from Saturday's upper back work, and I could really tell when it came to benching. I'll take that as a good sign though, apparently I'm getting better at using my lats while benching.

It's taken a LOT of work. Sheiko made it better I think. Also, I have NO idea where my arch sprang up from. At the meet, my training partner noticed how "good" it was for me, and it's stuck this week. Hopefully it stays. But thanks!

Edit: Also, I just noticed my elbows and the bar are not in line at all. Piss. Something to work on Wednesday, though!
