(WEEK 1: Day 1) - Saturday - (Squats)
Squats: 405x5, 425x5, 455x4, 455x5, 500x3(sleeves), 225x30
Leg Press: 435, 535, 625, 675 (4x12)
Leg Extensions: 90, 100, 110, 120 (4x12)
Barbell Lunges: 100 (3x15, each leg)
Stiff-Leg Deadlifts: 185, 225, 225, 225 (4x12)
Seated Leg Curls: 80 (4x20)
Standing Barbell Calf Raises: 100 (4x25)

Squat: 455x5 @ 215 lbs. (RAW)

Squat: 500x3 @ 215 lbs. (SLEEVES)

Question...are you keeping your elbows tight during your squats?

You know, your the 2nd person to mention that too me and I told the last person that I would try to focus on that...but completley forgot! I do see what ya'll are saying though...I will def. work on it next Saturday! Thanks!

Wow. You have lost some weight! What did you do to drop weight?

Cleaned diet up, high rep and volume weight training, and cardio on treadmill 4 days a week for 45 min. (15 incline and 2.0-2.4 speed - 130 heart rate)
