Hello all,

This is going to be my log for 2013. So feel free to hang out, chat and ask questions. I'll do my best to answer. Let's see goals; well I'm planning on competing in a Strongman comp or two this year. Apart from that I'm planning on getting stronger in the big lifts, raw.
  • Squat 240-260.
  • Bench 160-180.
  • Deadlift 260-300

Also I'd like to get involved with some online personal training this year. Advice on the forum is great, writing articles is fun but I also really enjoy working one-on-one with people and having the time and commitment to do that properly. So if that's something you'd be interested in, PM me.

Stuff was moving smoothly today, didn't feel too strong on the Squat but the rest felt great. Benches were rapid. Feel pretty wrecked now though, I don't usually do that kind of volume.

Hunter - Yep, I'll be doing a slow, steady build up and work for some new maxes in a couple weeks.

Babs - Not much lol. I will be heading over to Leicester this weekend to meet some Strongman lads and do a little events training. But apart from that I'll just be getting statically strong raw and hoping for the best. I'm not massively interested in changing things around too much right now in preparation. Just gonna get my feet wet for now.

Awesome Faz! Im happy that youre planning on doing some strongman comps, cant have more fun than that (dressed =) )! Will follow your training inhere and good luck!
