Jim - Aye, that workout was done pretty late in the evening. About 8pmish.

Ravi - Yes! That's the attitude I try and take, it's all light-ish at the moment but it's more the accumulation of fatigue.

MikeM - They still need a lot of work

Kuyt - Leicester boys have nothing on Derby!

Steve - Aye, folding over. It's not a simple fix, it'll take some serious work the next few months. I need it to look smooth and solid or it'll injure me eventually.

No training 'till tomorrow, weather permitting, I will be training with the young lad that beat Coan's 30 year Junior Deadlift record.
