You're an SLDL machine mate. Tried doing them today (well, kind of) and I suck at them. Really need to study the technique.

Also, if I haven't said already. Holy crap on that 170 bench press...

Cheers lads, just a light one today and some diet musings.

Friday 15th March

Monging out
Stretching
Bodyweight

High Bar, beltless

95kg x 3, 3, 3

Bench Press, touch n go

85kg x 3, 3, 3

SLDL, beltless

120kg x 3, 3, 3

50% for triples. Done quickly, but fookin' heck everything hurt today. Triceps, quads, lower back. Should be fine for Sunday though!

I'm thinking of changing up my eating habits a little. Since I'm not getting as much protein from powder as I thought I was, so the shakes don't seem as worthwhile. I figured out that instead of a bunch of powder in water which tastes bad and then a small meal alongside it, I could have a 4 pint carton of milk with only 4 scoops of protein, 6 boiled eggs and 4 beef patties and some fruit for approximately 2500 cals and 250g of protein. That might taste a bunch better too and probably give me more energy for gym straight after the day. So I might trial that for a week.
