The difference is your squats then and now is amazing. It's like your squat videos are speeded up now. You are making the bar whip up you're coming up so fast.

Your deadlifting is ridiculous. Even superman would have gone with some chalk for goodness sake.

Swede - Cheers buddy! Yeah I guess I wanted to show that even though I wear straps, I really don't think it weakens grip at all.

Easy, easy, easy.

Squats took another good turn today, I was discussing this with a few friends and they suggested I could benefit from forcing the knees out at the bottom. I figured I already did this, but actually it made a big difference. So it turns out I probably wasn't doing that so well, which may have lead to some difficulty at the bottom previously. Today was smooth.

Bench was easy, not much to say there. Was like a speed rep.

SLDL was also simple. Compared to how I felt on Friday (terrible) I felt tremendously strong on everything today.

I felt really good today, was one of those days I'm glad I'm healthy and able to lift, hence the little kiss at the end

Hunter - Thanks!

Swede - The plan is to peak toward the tail end of next week and the start of the week after. I'll be going for PRs in the low bar beltless, touch n go bench and full deadlift.

The volume's done good things to tighten up my squat form so I feel pretty good to have a heavier block next month, but we'll see.
