OK. First depth is more than good. Far better than your lean and hope days.

Not like I'm an expert, don't take offense, but I know what you have had to do to get where you are and I am amazed.

Second you were bodybuilding back when I first started following you, and now you are again, but with horrifying weights!

Third, when I bench 170Kg, I'll celerbrate any damn way I want and won't apologize to anyone!

Soldier - Cheers, to be honest I wasn't really that impressed with the 420. It was just a small PR as lead in to the bigger 360x8. When that's closer to 500 i'll be happy.

Jim - PR on the SLDL is 500 I think?

Ravi - I think I'll be happy with 550 eventually. That'll give me what I need for the Deadlift.

Mike - Depth is still only okay I think. I just want my knees to stop being pulled in all directions from tight surrounding muscles. My knees feel better squatting like this, but they'll feel better still when they're allowed to go deeper.

Iain - Thanks, squat needs to be a little smoother.

Al - Same as usual really, the singles aren't important. They're just a final warm-up for the reps. The single PR's were just small ones, could have gone heavier on the Bench and Squat if I wanted to, but the rep PR's were more important.

Maybe faz. However its a big improvement at that load. I enjoyed my last bit of hb work and it'll be back along with sldl. Think I will do them paused again.
