Ravi - Another late one! Had another nap after work and ended up getting out to the gym at 8pm by the time I had finished stretching and stuff.

Alan - As I'm finding the sessions growing longer and longer I've resorted to eating during the sessions as well. Seems to help with the energy. I can see why people feel dead after an hour. I have been going for around 2:30 hours including warm up time.

Fenrusulfr - Okay!

---

Feel fine today, not trashed as I would expect. I'll probably still go easy on sunday, probably. Hungry though, might start my protein shake/lunch early today and get the friday fish n chips from work.

F&C Friday. WINNING!

I hit my sales target this month so I'm off to Miller and Carter to eat the biggest steak on the menu at lunchtime

2.30 hours!! , dear lord id need a nap in the middle of that !
That’s the beauty of having a nice home set up , the time spent travelling to and from the gym can be added to the session!
