Good stuff, big fella.

I like the 8s. I'm thinking that's where I'm going next. I might just cry, but I think it will be good for me.

Why so much protein? Seems like 225-250g would be enough?

Mike - I'm not really sure, it's more a feeling.

I think to be in the kind of shape I want to be in at 100kg, then my nutrition needs to be that of a lean 100kg lifter. And frankly that's massive so I need massive nutrition.

If it means some overdosing, then so be it.

Bench Press, touch n go

SLDL, beltless

195kg x 1
180kg x 8, 8, 8

Huge session today, I felt very strong on the Squat. Really happy with the SLDL as well, that's a big weight for 3 x 8's.

Bench felt hard, I'm not even dissapointed. It wasn't a 'slightly off' session it was just completely shut down. 130kg felt hard and I unracked 140kg and it felt like 180. So I'm glad I've worked that hard on it, I'm finally completely exhausted.

I'll do a video after food.
