Today it went from hard to *fucking hell*. Long session too, around 2:30 hours.

BUT it's a Thursday session, and I normally drag my feet there after 3 sessions in the week. So I know I'll be ready for more after 2 days off on Sunday.

Quite chuffed with these weights for these reps.

Lisa - Excellent you are the first to comment on that! I read your Life log from start to finish today, you sound like a very brave person. I don't know how I would cope in a similar situation to be honest.

Lovely session up in Oldham. The 8's are looking good and according to Tom it probably is my cardio system which is making them feel hard, 'cos the reps look easy.

No videos of me, but I'm here in the background. The guy lifting is Tom Martin, some deadlift world record holder or some such nonsense, I don't know... what you should really be looking at is the stacked and massive fella in the blue behind him.
