haha! no hustle! I prob shouldnt even be able to do 200 at this point. I do add about 20lbs a week on it right now though.

Nice, a race! I think I'll take a little flutter, Fazc on the nose, Hazzard to place and JB to say eff it and get back into gear long before 180Kg!

Good stuff, Fazc. After talking about your "bulking", would you talk more about rest times and getting a base level of conditioning? The benefits, why it's important, how to get into monitoring rest times and stay on top of it (like 60 seconds rest means from what point to what point exactly?).

I feel like I abuse rest times now and want to seriously hack into that weakness on my next routine. Fanks!
