Haven't trained since Tuesday and that was a light one too. Tom wanted to see how I would do after a few days of no training, after I told him I respond quite well to some time off.

So I hit some PR's. They were moderately easy. It was probably harder to stop myself from going heavier. The Squat was slowish but I was being very cautious on the way down so it was actually pretty strong. The Bench was okay, felt harder than it looked. All in all, I felt stronger with the planned peak that Tom had earlier in the month.

Great work big man. Heavier than me again now and getting way stronger. 180kgs bench this year for sure. Interesting point on rounding the back; looking back at my video from today I think the light weights combined with tight hamstrings from deadlifts this week led to mine. Always learning from you: thanks.

Hunter - I'm supposedly doing a Strongman competition in mid-March. I don't expect to do too well, I haven't even overhead pressed in a while lol

Steve - 'Strategic slacking' is it

Al - That's what I thought looking at your video. Possibly ankles, as it's doubtful your back would bend under just 170.
