Love you guys, thank you! Very happy.

Paradox, Deadlift probably 6 weeks ago. But I've been stuck on 220-230 since about forever, and that was the lift that tore my hamstring off many years ago. This means a lot to me.

Great lift Fazc. On the deads, I saw your shoes out in front and was thinking to myself "How on earth are his feet that are in front of the bar? He has some really weird flexibility"

Awesome work man, deadlifts look fantastic and the 250kg especially looked easy as hell!

Notice you spend a hell of a long time down by the bar, that habitual, or just your way of psyching yourself up? I start to overthink it if I spend too much time holding the bar, so I just tell myself to grip it and rip it. Just curious.

Also, how do you find front squatting with lifting straps compared to cross armed? I've decided I want to front squat 200kg and currently the bar rolls around like a mofo, alternating between pulling me forward and choking me out, so was wondering if this coule be a better technique.

Anyway, awesome work man!

It's cos it's a new technique for me, I wouldn't normally spend that long cos yeah it gets a little awkward looking at the video lol, like you gonna pull now or what??! I reckon given some more time and practice, I'll spend less time down there. I want to just be able to grip and rip.

The Fronts are lovely with straps, I do prefer them just using an Oly grip though BUT I fucked my right wrist up on that 100kg set you can see me shaking my wrist on the video. So I wrapped my wrists and used the straps instead. But if you're thinking about it then yeah, use the straps they're very nice.

Fanks!

I'm more of a step up and rip guy as well, like Hazz, or I overthink it. The 255 pull looked as good as the first one. Wicked leverage and strength. Looks like that hammy injury is now a distant memory. What a comeback from all your issues Fazc. I now know I can do it as well, as I have been stuck in the 400-420 range on squats for years now.

Yeah that's definitely what I'm working towards, but as I say it's a new style and I need some more time to adjust to things. I've changed up my form a lot recently to something which I think looks a lot more efficient now, it's been a big work in progress that started way back in November resetting all my lifts, and playing the patient game. I'm finally seeing the rewards.

Thanks again guys!

Very impressive no matter what, even cooler that the last attempt was only 6 weeks ago. Congratulations, sir!

I might add, that front squat looked like a JOKE, and the deadlift was very smooth looking for a "max effort"

Awesome stuff Faz.

Good tip on that Front squat too. I'm noticing when my shoulders and/or wrists are a little snapped up, I need to have some alternatives.
