Haha! Sorry Jim!

I tend to train really late in the week 7-8pm so its pretty dark out and the lighting in the conservatory only does so much.

Sunday session shall be better And spring will be lighter, so bear with me!

Short session, arms are knackered but chest is pretty fresh. Good pop off the chest.
