Well now another setback. Just got out of hospital with pnumonia.

Yes. I seem close to 100%. I hope I havent lost much strenght. But if I have I will gey it back soon enough. I am going for some 20 rep squats and deads later today.

Shoulder was hurting a lil,
just didnt feel right so i stopped at 15

deads
200 x 20
these felt fine.
It is good to be back lifting.
