8 Jan 2013----- wt 207 and feeling fat!!

Chest, Shoulders, and Traps

Incline DB press-- 50x10/60x10/70x10/80x8/90x6
Decline BB press-- 135x10/185x6/205x4 clean/ 225x3 with spot
Cable fly-- 25x10/10/10/10
Machine shrugs-- 180x15/270x12/360x10/10/10
Seated lateral raises-- 25x10/10/10/10/
DB Hammer curl press-- 35x10/8/8
Rear Delt DB raises-- 50x10/10/10

pretty good day, i felt pretty good...
i am noticing that i have gained a pretty good lil gut since i have been laid off from work... oh well it will fix itself, as long as i continue to stay in the gym, and smash weights... until its time to do a good cut... but that is down the road, closer to summer
will post pictures soon, i need to have something to compare to....

I have also gained a gut in 2012 and I wasn't laid off from work. No excuses tho, time to shed a bit of it off for me as well. Although I have to say my vids make me look fatter than I really am, especially with a tight belt on lol

Do you plan to cut just by diet or dare I say adding some cardio in?

DB inclines looking pretty strong. Also glad your feeling good!

I have a really good body recomp program that a friend of mine did up for me back in '09, i used it and had some pretty amazing results... dropped 20 pounds in 6 weeks and went from 18% bf to around 10% in th esame time frame... it was diet and workout plan and yes it did have cardio involved... but hell nback then i was running daily anyways, cause the Army made me.. lol... i will post up the cutt when the time comes, I promise the results will be worth watching....
