Thanks, Ravi. I've been running the Korte 3x3 and am in the next to last week of it. I've seen some pretty amazing gains using it, but it has definitely been rough somedays. I'll be glad to get on a different kind of program, as this doesn't feel very sustainable, nor does it target weak points.

Default 4-25 max effort

I decided to finish strong and bump up the end of this program to today. I won't have the opportunity/energy next week to lift, so it will be a "rest" week for me. I put up some great numbers today, overshooting what I wanted to get.

New Gym PRs
Squat: 425
Bench: 290
Deadlift: 475
Total: 1190

I'm looking forward to starting up BIG when I get back to lifting. I am glad to have new benchmarks to work with, too. Thank you all for your support and guidance thus far. I couldn't have done it without you.

Hey guys. You know that thing I said about taking a week off? yeah, not gonna happen.

2 scoops Juggernaut HP about fifteen minutes prior. Doing this high volume, the pump was back in full force and that "second wind" effect happened.

BREAKING NEWS. The belt and knee wraps HAVE ARRIVED. The belt is a great fit and the knee wraps will take some getting used to. The belt is definitely going to help with the confidence of squatting/pulling heavy weight. I decree that tomorrow, the 28th day of April in the current era, shall be SKWAT DAY.

Thank you, Hunter, the toys are going to get some fun use tomorrow.

Jimbo, the numbers are wonderful. More than I expected to get the other day. But I was on fire and ready to lift big. I was shooting for 275 bench, 400 squat, and 405 deadlift. Not a bad day. My quads are still kinda wrecked from everything I put them through last week, but I love the pain I do not lift with a crew. As of now, I'm flying solo. I am hoping Charlie, the owner of my gym, was serious about lifting together when he gets done with this bodybuilding show. I wish there was a crew somewhere around here, but that just isn't the case. Maybe someday.

I'm definitely feeling the DOMS in my chest and tris tonight. This was the first time in a while I felt like I did some REAL work in the gym.
