Thanks BtB. About the best comparison I can make is when I'd get my wrists taped by the AT for high school football. Those wrists aren't gonna move at all.

Things have been kinda crazy lately, thus the lull in logging. Things are still strong and I am pumped for the meet. Eight days out, yo.

Did a little blood flow work. Shoulder mobility stuff, light curls and tris presses, lat pulldown, leg extensions, leg curls, some yoga stretches.
