Good pulls, kinda low on energy as it was after my shift last night.

Playing around with supplementation some these days. A while back Jim said something about using collagen, so I figured I may as well give it a try. I'm using Labrada ElastiJoint which has glucosamine, chondroitin, and collagen in it. Started it yesterday and I'm looking forward to seeing what comes of this. I've been using Hydramino intra-workout and some at work. I like the decrease in soreness I have noticed since using it and while using it at work I don't feel as hungry after a shift. We'll see after a month how this stuff works out. Cheers, mates.

Benched with Charlie today. I'm really enjoying having a training partner, and he's much stronger than I am. Gonna be working more triceps and setup for bench over the next few weeks in preparation for this bench meet.

I have been named the squat commander. Charlie and I are looking at around the same squat max. Though I have a couple weeks left in BIG, I am gonna start bastardizing it a little and start over with the squat and back portions at week 1 while keeping the bench portion where it's at so I can peak for my bench meet on the 20th. I'm thinking with the way my first triple went that I'm gonna open at 315 and go from there. Shooting for 350, but a 315 lift will break my old PR by 25 pounds. After the meet I may start benching back over with BIG or go with the Ed Coan bench program that Charlie and Stephen are working, just for ease of training together.
