Thanks, Swede. I do like the RAM a lot. I'm looking forward to playing around with it a little more. The raw sets at 275 felt a lot tougher than the ram set at 300. I'm not sure if it was mental or whatever, but I have no doubt about it helping get me into the proper bench groove.

Probably gonna do a bench only meet July 20 with the guys in the crew I'm working with, which should be pretty awesome. Even though I hate benching, I'm sure the competition will help with that.

Tomorrow is squats and studies followed by work, Sunday is work and studies. Monday will be off day and Tuesday will probably be Heavy bench.

I apologize for being away so much. I do love the community, I'm just running low on free time these days. I will be back around when things get a little less crazy for me.

I believe it is Bench Only. It will be a fun time hanging out with the guys and building friendships.

Squats today were needed something fierce. I needed to clear my head after the weird couple weeks I have had. Lots of emotion and pain has resurfaced that I had hoped was over.

I warmed up. It took about the same amount of time if not longer than my working sets.

All with belt and knee wraps. Warmups to about 325 felt heavy, but once I pushed 375 Things felt better.

Narrow stance squats 2x6@325
Wide stance squats 2x6@325

I was spent after the accessory work. And I feel tons better mentally. I love seeing the mark left by the bar across my traps after heavy squats. I don't know why, but it makes me feel good.
