This is about me trying to become a fireman. I am training for the test that is required to get hired by a department or go through fire college sponsoring myself. It is hella great conditioning. Haha.

The stairs look awful. Other than that it looks like fun. Aside from the part where you'll be doing this in a burning building once you pass. God love you brother, being in a fire ain't for me.

Thanks, Babs! I take it for the first time July 3. Plenty of time to train... or at least I hope it is plenty of time!

Got to the gym, plenty of motivation, got warmed up.

First Working set: 210x6
Second Working set: 230xFAIL

Couldn't get it unracked. My shoulder wasn't feeling quite right and I just had NO energy. I rolled over to a brunch place and carbed up. I feel much better now. Tomorrow, I shall conquer!
