Deadlift: from floor: 135x4, 185x4, 225x4, 275x4
2 inch deficit, add VG and Belt: 315x5, 335x5, 355x5, 365x5

DB Rows (deviated from plan and used moving weight)
50x10, 60x10, 65x2x10

Decline situps/30# sidebends superset: 4x10

Thanks guys. Started up the prep for carb backloading today and have taken in more protein than I think I ever have. Holy crap.

I get to work tonight and my boss looks at me and says, "I have concrete and mulch in my van. Will you take them to the backyard for me?"

Ten 80# bags of concrete moved, ten 50#-ish bags of mulch moved? That lower back pump was KILLER.

Bench: 200/6, 225x3x6

3 board close grip bench: 185x2x8, 185x7

Skullcrusher/close grip combo (5 reps SC, 5 reps CG, 5 reps SC, 5 reps CG): Bar for three sets. Had to shut it down before the fourth set.

Feeling weak and depleted and deflated today. Day three of no carbs.
