Default 5-9-2013 BIG Week 2 Back`

Holy Rack Pulls, Batman!

High pin (hole number 4, right below knee)
Working: 365x4, 405x4, 425x4, 445x4, 465x4, 485x0 (just didn't want to budge)

Deficit deadlifts: 225x3x6

Versa Gripps are the bomb, guys. Taking a little getting used to, but not having to worry about grip was really nice. Lots of bros at the gym today. Guys pulling for 1RM on the trap bar. Young kids doing lots of curls. Me? I'm happy using them for motivation when I move heavy weights.

Once had to cook an egg white omelet with no oil, butter, etc. Took us three tries to get it right. FAT IS THE ENEMY, Y'ALL.

Yep, liftoff sure makes benching a bit easier. You could try lowering the pins a bit. I did that and it helps when the weight gets heavy and you're driven into the bench more than with lighter weights. Gives me a bit of extra lockout work too.

Wicked rack pulls and strong bench Irish!!

Yeah, don't get the egg white thing either.

Way to battle on and get the 4 reps Hitman! Are you getting some bounce off the boards? Definitely, good luck finding a lifting buddy or at the least a good spotter. I feel spoiled on crew days - liftoffs and spots are an automatic function. There is some skill in proper spotting as well.
