Default 5/6/2013 Week 2 Squats

Decided to start my week off right.

Squats
Warmups:
Barx2x8
135x2x8
185x1x4
205x1x4
245x1x4
(add belt and knee wraps)
265x1x8
305x3x8

Belt has been an easy adjustment. This was the first day using knee wraps and they will take some getting used to. I did like the extra knee support, though

Good Mornings
135x1x10
165x3x6

Leg Press Calf Raises
315x4x20

Yeah, I'm moving as little as possible for the rest of the day after those.

Decline Situps 25 reps
Crunches 23 reps
Captain's Chair leg raises 1x10, 1x8

Abs are still pretty wrecked from Saturday. My obliques were in pain yesterday at work!

Good stuff today. I love me some skwatz.

Nice solid numbers on the squat money sets Hit! Impressive you had enough to get some abs done - I am always to gassed to do abs it seems.
