My grip was just getting worn out by the end of things. I need me some Versa-Gripps, methinks. Other than that, good day in the gym.

Bunch of young hooligans were being dumbasses. I'm so glad I don't go during rush hour.

There were some big dudes working out. Didn't look like they were too serious about it, though. Got some good compliments, though, which made me feel good.

Got an indicator of my progress in looks from my boss for the temporary job I'm doing this week. We were talking about what to order for lunch and he wasn't surprised by the amount I planned on Good to be strong and look it, too.

Tomorrow is a "rest" day as I'll be working from 7:30 to 5 then 6 till 10-ish. Wednesday will be Bench Auxiliary, then I'll get a little bit on the schedule I want to with this program. Really looking forward to this coming month where all I do is work my regular job, train, and hang out around the house or pool.

Thanks guys. That's been one of my goals getting back to lifting this year is to regain my MASSIVE quads. When I decide to go on a cut eventually, I know they'll look RIDICULOUS.
