Evening, all. We just got in about an hour ago from our trip to Augusta. It was unreal. It is difficult to put into words, but this is about the best I've got: I am a big proponent of there never being a such thing as "Perfect." Once you reach "Perfect," the definition changes and you are no longer there. Augusta National has reached the ultimate definition of Perfect. The grass is greener than any green you have ever seen and more perfect than any astroturf could even dream of being. The attention to detail, from the green bags on the sandwiches, to the placement of broadcast equipment, to the lightning rods going up the trees, is astounding. The staff is about the friendliest you could ever have the pleasure of meeting. I am overwhelmed and humbled that I was able to go. It may be the only time I ever set foot on that course in my life, and it can never be rivaled, as far as I am concerned.

It was my dad, my brother, my dad's best friend, and I that went today. The journey and camaraderie was just as valuable as seeing Zack Johnson, Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Freddy Couples, etc. I highly recommend, if the opportunity presents itself to you, making the trip and spending the money. Well worth it.

Default 4/10/2013- Week 5 day 2

2 scoop Juggernaut HP. I'm not noticing the effects as much moving out of the high volume phase of this program. I don't really need that extra boost, it seems. I still like it and how it helps the pumps.

Bench: 1x1 @ 190, 1x3 @ 190

Definitely moving back to heavy weight. Felt this big time. But, I kept it under good control.

Squats 3x3 @225

Love squats. Always do. I was wondering if deadlifts would replace them as my favorite lift, but no dice. I don't think they ever will.

Deadlifts 3x3 @ 245


Good lifting today. Just kinda rolling along at this point, it seems.

The pool at the University is open again, and I am thinking I will be heading there on Mondays after class as that is my night off.
