I took things kinda slow today to be sure I was good and warmed up and wouldn't hurt anything. I could definitely tell I've been sedentary for the better part of two weeks and that the stomach virus took a bit out of me.

Pre-workout: ABB Carbo-Load (On sale for only a buck at the gym, so I figured I could check it out for that price. Probably won't do it again unless I really need the carbs. It was too super-sweet).

Bench feels really light. I think I may have underestimated, but I will see when it comes time for the heavy doubles and such. This Monday I am going to order some versa-gripps and wrist wraps. Paycheck after is a good belt. Paycheck after is probably gonna be knee sleeves. And after that, knee wraps! Probably gonna turn into a gear-ho I'm just gonna try and get set up for competition paycheck by paycheck. Gonna throw a singlet in there closer to August when I plan on being my biggest.

FIRST DAY BACK. YAHHOOOO!!!! If Squats and deads don't get you excited, well, you got something wrong with you.

Yeah man. I got pretty gassed on squats today, which kinda sucked. And yeah, I'm gonna be putting other wants on hold. My main things are the belt and wrist wraps. I'm looking at an Inzer belt, but am willing to OTHER'S INPUT (HINT HINT), and at Anderson's KLA's because J_Byrd mentioned his use of them due to wrist injuries. Though I never made it to his level in football, I definitely did some damage back in high school, so that support would be nice.

Anderson belts are great. I got an Inzer only because Anderson didn't have a 10mm single prong, only a 13mm. I'm no expert on belts by any means so my input means little.
I got all my wraps from Anderson, and my Ram, probably some other stuff too that I don't remember, lol!

Yeah, as far as belts are concerned, I just want a 10mm single prong for competition. I really don't see a need for any other belt. Looks like Anderson has them now. As of now, I see no need for a Ram or Slingshot. Another thing added to the list: Foam Roller. Seems like a good investment of $20-ish.

Yeah, Jim, as insane as this may sound, I really enjoy the Korte 3x3 because of that! I get so damn jacked up hitting all three lifts each session. I know people probably look at me crazy, but whatever.
