bummer that the bench didn't go up for you. Still, I recall the 405 you got here and know you can hit more than that if your body is cooperating. Soon!

I was just shaky as all heck. My CNS just seemed fuzzy. I unracked and nearly lost control due to shakes. That's unusual.
