Strong work. Definitely get those feeder chains set-up. Chains are much more effective with them set-up lower IMO.

my first goal is to get connected with groups and forums here seems like you can't do much
as a rookie ... my goal for 2013 is 2,000 miles on cycle ... 15 minutes KBELL swings ... 100
non stop snatches (20kg) possibly 24 ... and working some Jr. hockey games as a official!!
