January 7th, 2013

Ok session. My shoulders were a bit fatigued from the recent kettlebell snatches. Still moved some ok iron.

I am training more frequently. Start to rev things up.

Tomorrow will be squats and deads.

Bench Press - Slanger
Bar x 10
135 x 5
225 x 3
225 + 60lbs Chains x 1
315 + 60lbs Chains x 1
225 + 120lbs Chains x 1
275 + 120lbs Chains x 1
295 + 120lbs Chains x 1
315 + 120lbs Chains x 1

^ Default PR. Plenty left in the tank.

First time benching with chains. Perhaps 30 pounds unload at the bottom with the current set up. Need to setup a feeder chain.

Do you do any accessory for bench BTB? like dumbells etc or strictly just bench to a max and get outta there?

How did the chains sound? Music to your ears I bet!

How did they feel? I haven't benched with chains yet, but I have squatted with them and loved it.
