Yesterday was Friday and my first time since Febuary doing back squats. Everything felt so tight and awkward and my shoulder mobility was horrible. I had to take a real wide grip on the bar

Squats

Leg press
450 x 3 x 12

Front Squats with Double KB's
28 kgs x 3 x 8

SLDL
185 x 3 x 8

100 kb swings with 32 kg bell

Good start to the squatting Timbobro. Maybe High Bar Squats would be easier on the shoulders, if your doing low bar right now.
