Temps above freezing, so the workout was really nice!

Squat (low-bar, medium-wide stance, below parallel)

BB Bench Press

Bent-over Fly

Pull Ups (9x4 intraset)
36

Took a couple sets for the pull ups to feel good.
It was funny to bench 135 and feel like it was a milestone!
Got to up the BO Flys...3 sets of 10 isn't that serious...

Great work in here JD! had to start from the beginning of your log, thank God it wasn't 50+ pages . Strong work, realistic goals, and seems the fire is coming back! Hope you reach all your goals and blow past them. We seem to be alike in many ways. Keep working hard!!!

Thanks for the comments. That's exactly how I feel...on fire again. Glad the journal expresses that. I'm going to check yours and see what's up in there!

Man, everyone needs to get some pullups! I have always been a believer in them and they have translated into so many useful activities!
