Great back workout. The supersets with the pull ups sound pretty intense.

For the most part, I try to superset moves that are either completely different or antagonistic. That way, there's no real energy issue jumping to the second move or it's even a stretch, etc. for the first one.

I enjoy my current program. Even though this is the highest rep week in my 4-week schedule, it felt as good or better than the lower rep weeks. I think layering the reps and slowing the rate of progression is going to work well.

Next week, I drop back to 1 rep sets with the same weights as a deload. Should feel like an easy week, but using the same weights as I did with 3 reps should prevent my strength from dropping while I get a bit of a break.

After that, I'm not sure if I will take a week off or do a prep week for the new program. I guess I'll see how I feel after the deload.
