Well, after a week off due to arm-wrestling related injuries...I'm back.

Arms/elbows/forearms still hurt but they're good enough to workout.

Getting old: Boo.

Always trying again: Yay.

Warm up was good even with tiny increase in reps/weight.

MP felt very heavy...more like slow actually...arms are so tight they weren't very springy.

DL felt fine, arms are not an issue really. Right grip, which is the more injured side, felt a little weak.

Did less weight on bicep curls, seems the strain is really in the forearms around the elbow.

High Pulls with less weight felt better...did double the planned reps and had much more speed/control.

RDLs are very comfortable. Dislocations are fatiguing.

Progressed and hit the warm up and main weight targets despite right elbow...the forearm extensors are tight but it registers as intense bicep pain. Had to grin and bear it on the BBBP. Put an ace compression bandage on right forearm halfway through the benching.

Rowing was fine.

Arm was fried so I skipped the speed bench and prison rows.

Flys were ok since the elbow doesn't really move for those.

Next massage is in 2 weeks so if I can avoid further injury, that should be the end of this mistake!
