Pulled insulation from a crawl space for 2 hours today. Always a good time.

The warm up was effective but will not progress them so it doesn't cut into the main lifts.

Everything felt good. Surprised at the dips...could have done more. The DB extensions were harder on the left arm but not bad.

Did 12+ hours working and helping a friend move.

Great work JD. Tons of good stuff going on and on top of working some long tough hours too. I used to lay brick and every once in a while, we'd hit the gym after working, and I spent the majority of the time looking like I was doing something when I was really just trying to recover from the day. Haha.
