That fatigue snuck up on me but hit hard...I'll be progressing again in a few weeks...looking forward to some light training and travel... when I get back, I can set up my gym again and make it a better layout.

More notes for the record...

right glute min/med much better..only minor soreness now

still taking creatine and extra food...

Work has been lighter overall and we have a full crew so the rotation is less punishing.

Since I still have to move big stuff Sunday and then smaller stuff the rest of next week, I probably won't workout at all until I am on vacation...I know that seems weird, but I think it might be cool to train in NY to see if the altitude adaptation from CO shows as increased work capacity at sea level...

Wrote a MWF training schedule that is the same as before but has 2 big lifts in 3 days instead of 3 big lifts in 2 days...toying with idea of periodization to include some light, high volume work (like 100's) alternating days with heavy lifts...might give my CNS more time to recharge...not sure.
