Exactly. The 215 was almost an RDL...lol...couldn't get good MMC or contraction on the other sets either...

It's somewhat frustrating...I had a great run since Jan and I'm thankful..I knew progress would slow but I didn't expect it for a couple more months...it's always a learning process...

I think you called it right.

I had the mental will to train, but my body was just toast. All I did was load all my weights into the truck and then unload them at the new place.

I'm gonna rest, test and ingest for a bit and get back to feeling good.

Just surprised how suddenly this fatigue overtook me. I don't think it's anything serious, just too much going on.

Just notes for the record...

My wife dug her elbow in my right glute min/med yesterday...it definitely released but it is sore/tender as hell today.

Last real workout was Wednesday... I had off from work Friday, Sunday and today and have been taking creatine and extras food since...just starting to feel better overall.

Will probably have off or light days tomorrow and Wednesday due to the expected snow storm...will probably need the rest of the week to get back to speed.

All my weights are packed away...thinking of just doing body weight calisthenics next week. The week after is my trip to visit NY...will maybe go to a gym while back in NY to re-start.

The 5-day per week program seemed nice, but I think my body does better with a day off in between workouts... Going to stick with the MWF schedule that was working for me so far.
