Good workout. Things are crazy for me lately but gladly they haven't affected the workouts.

do you feel like the suitcases are boosting your progress? i know you only do them for a general warmup, not necessarily to assist your DL. i'm curious b/c i've never done them.

275? next stop, 3 wheels

sounds like a great plan. a friend of mine did something similar to you and made rapid progress on MP (he was also doing outside conditioning work that included pressing movements).

Hmm...can't say they are noticeably "helping" but they are not hurting...I'm doing them for uneven loading. I will say that left and right sides feel more even already on the SC DL...I don't want to be bilaterally strong and then grab something one-handed at work and hurt myself because I misapply my DL strength...

315 would be nice but I'm sticking with adding 10# per week...my CNS is de-conditioned and with a history including lumbar surgery, slow, steady progress is my friend. In other words...3 wheels in 4 weeks!

I hope so...I used to love heavy one-arm pressing with my conditioning...I may add it back in if the reset doesn't do the trick or if I hit a PR and want to hover there for a minute...if all goes well, I will be in new territory very soon as far as BW and strength...I may want to take PRs and use them to powerbuild for a while...

Ha, we all have something that's seems easier for us but impressive to others. Makes me laugh though considering low back and hamstrings are weak for me and they are key to getting this move done.

Thanks!

I don't always warmup,
but when I do, I do an entire workout.
