big conditioning day, especially considering your day job. that's quite a few wide-grip pullups considering it was the last couple sets and you'd been carrying stuff all day.

Another good squat/bench day...
almost the same external variables as last week's session except I didn't take any pre-workout and went in a little tired.
Still really good though!

Heaviest squat and bench sets felt smooth and bar speed was ok.
