Thanks, fen. It was definitely a bum in volume, but that should work for me mass-wise and is much safer/better for the getting to the heavy stuff in the right condition.

Military press has been the quickest to get near prior levels, but will probably be the first thing to slow down, too. That's ok. Most mves seem to be in good balance.

Really good...the soreness kind of faded away before it became anything more than mild. I even did more at work today than I expected and I'm fine.

Eating fairly consistently and keeping the workouts focused have really helped.

The MaB community has been inspiring as well.

Haha, it's nothing too crazy. I prefer the time efficiency. The pull ups and flys don't take anything away from the squats and BP, so it worked for me.
